1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
TEKDA's return policy includes the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting a return.
Return Period
Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted or processed by TEKDA under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility
TEKDA does not accept returns under any circumstances except in the following cases:
The product has a manufacturing defect, such as damaged garments, torn fabric, faulty zippers, or similar issues.
The product received is the wrong size due to an error made by TEKDA.
If you experience any of the issues listed above, please contact us via email at tekdaofficial.brand@gmail.com and provide clear photos and videos showing the issue. Our team will review your case and provide return instructions if your request is approved.
Important Notes
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
Remain in their original condition.
Unworn and unused.
Free from any unusual odors.
Include all original tags and labels.
Free from stains, dirt, or any other signs of use.
We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item(s) and confirmed that they remain in their original condition.
No refund will be issued until the returned package has been received by us.
Once the returned package has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please return your item using international shipping services such as FedEx, DHL, or EMS.
Kindly provide us with the tracking number so that we can monitor the shipment.
Please note: In the event that the package is lost during transit, TEKDA will not be held responsible. Customers are solely responsible for resolving any shipping-related issues directly with the shipping carrier.
2. EXCHANGE POLICY AND REFUND
TEKDA's exchange policy includes the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting an exchange.
Exchange Period
Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Any requests submitted after this period will not be accepted or processed by TEKDA under any circumstances.
Exchange Eligibility
TEKDA does not accept exchanges under any circumstances except for items that meet the following conditions:
The product is in its original condition.
The product has not been worn or used.
The product has not been washed.
All original tags and labels remain attached.
If your item meets the conditions above, please contact us via email at tekdaofficial.brand@gmail.com and provide any necessary information regarding your exchange request. Our team will review your case and provide exchange instructions if your request is approved.
Important Notes
The following items will not be accepted for exchange:
Items with makeup stains.
Items with dirt, marks, or visible signs of wear.
Items with unusual odors, including perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odor.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
Exchange and Refund Policy
Customers are fully responsible for all exchange shipping costs. TEKDA does not cover any shipping fees related to exchanges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

TEKDA is not responsible for:
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
Delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
When returning an item for exchange, please do not declare it as a commercial shipment. Instead, mark the package as a Gift whenever possible to help avoid customs duties and taxes.
If you do not follow this instruction and customs fees are incurred, you will be responsible for paying those charges.
